For over a decade, Jeffrey has worked in the web design industry. From that experience and through work at the National Center for Justice and the Rule of Law (NCJRL) and the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), he has learned a great deal about the ever-evolving field of cybercrime. Additionally, Jeffrey founded this blog, which focuses on recent cybercrime cases and developing technology. Cybercrime Review has been read in all 50 states (and D.C.) as well as over 135 countries.
Jeffrey is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law. His particular areas of skill and interest include research, curriculum development, presentation, and professional publication. He passed the July 2012 Maryland bar exam and lives and works in Washington, DC.

Justin Webb
Author
Justin joined Cybercrime Review in April 2012. He is currently a 3L at Marquette University Law School where he serves as Technology Editor of the Marquette University Law Review. He received his B.S. in 2003 from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). His recent accomplishments include interning for the Seventh Circuit with the Honorable Diane S. Sykes as well as having his note analyzing GPS tracking and the D.C. Circuit's decision in United States v. Maynard, 615 F.3d 544 (D.C. Cir. 2010) cited by the Wisconsin Attorney General in a brief to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
In addition to being a law student, Justin works full-time as the Information Security Officer at Marquette University and holds GIAC certifications in computer forensics, incident response, web defense, and penetration testing.
