Facebook: New information available for download; Study addresses use by children under 13

Facebook has added new information to its "Download Your Information" feature, now including previous names, friend requests you've made, and IP addresses you logged in from. The additions were announced on Facebook's "Facebook and Privacy" page. The service was first introduced in 2010 (read more here).

Also, a recent survey of 1,000 U.S. parents revealed that 38% of all kids on Facebook are under the age of 13, a violation of Facebook's policy. Even more disturbing - .4% of the children were under age six. The study also addressed parental concerns, cyberbulling, and parental monitoring. Click here for the info graphic from Minor Monitor.
